Outcomes

Executive one to one coaching is split into manageable chunks designed to complement heavy work schedules and increase effectiveness and productivity for each individual.  

Following an inaugural conversation the coaching takes place at regular intervals, with support for sustainability throughout the end to end process, and the option to engage a mentor as part of the process.

Executive one to one coaching is designed to be flexible and to adapt as the individual develops and their needs change.

Strategy Into Action

At Infinite Learning it is our experienced opinion that most leadership teams make the time to “plan”.   However, it is the execution and accountability of these plans that fails to deliver the desired results.

Strategy into action is a series of six workshops designed to facilitate, develop and stretch leadership teams to:
