Vision & Values

Successful organisations are characterised by a strong vision and guiding values which clearly communicate the behaviours desired to create the culture and environment for the organisation.

When these values are widely shared across the business and are reflected in the everyday actions of the people at all levels, both individually and collectively, then the business goals are within reach.

Where strongly shared values can be demonstrated, people are more likely to be satisfied, displaying higher levels of commitment, lower attrition rates, and greater customer satisfaction.

Infinite Learning have developed a programme, comprising workshops & follow up, to take representative audiences from organisations through a series of exercises designed to facilitate the development of a companys' vision and values.

At the end of the programme the organisation will have:
  • a clearly defined vision and set of values to be implemented across the whole organisation or department
  • a process to follow to ensure that there is alignment throughout the organisation before launching the new vision and values
  • a communications plan defined to ensure the positive implementation of the new vision and values

    The duration and content of the programme is defined on an individual basis, depending upon the current culture, size and expectations of the organisation.
